10g Dry porcini mushrooms soaked in hot water and chopped

50g Pistachios grinded
50g Cashew grinded
1clove Garlic
1tbs Chopped thyme & parsley
100ml Cream
Sauce
200ml Red wine
2 Bay leaves
4 Pepper corn
4 Whole cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Juniper berries
1 Chopped shallot
200ml Cream
1tsp Maizena or corn starch
For the filling and sauce: salt and pepper to taste
