1 tbs                  Brown sugar
60 gm                Butter
30 gm                Sugar
1 pc                   Egg
45 gm                White Flour
1ts                     Yeast for dessert

Strawberry Tartar    
250 gm              Strawberries
1tbs                   Sugar
To Taste            Grand Marnier


Vanilla Sauce
75 ml               Milk  
250 ml             Cream
4 pc                 Egg Yolks
1 pc                 Vanilla Stick
60 gm              Sugar
To Garnish       Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa
