Open Ravioli

Try this because it is really good!!!

Ingredients


Pasta
80g                 Semolina
20g                 White flour
1                     Egg
8                     Parsley leaves




Filling
300g               Mushrooms thin slices
10g                 Dry porcini mushrooms soaked in hot water and chopped
50ml               White wine
50g                 Pistachios grinded
50g                 Cashew grinded
1clove            Garlic
1tbs                Chopped thyme & parsley
100ml             Cream


Sauce
200ml             Red wine
2                     Bay leaves
4                     Pepper corn
4                     Whole cloves
1                     Cinnamon stick
4                     Juniper berries
1                     Chopped shallot
200ml             Cream
1tsp                 Maizena or corn starch


For the filling and sauce: salt and pepper to taste
