Tofu,Polenta,Olive Patè

Perfect combination for autumn! Easy to make vegan just change the butter with Olive oil.!

Tofu                           500gm
Soyu                          200ml
Red wine                   200ml
Water                        150ml
Extra virgin olive oil    2tbs

Polenta                       250gm
Butter                         40gm
Extra virgin olive oil     3tbs


Green sweet olives      200gm
Basil leaves                 3
Capers                        4pices
Extra virgin olive oill     4tbs
Thyme                         to taste

Shallots                        2
Butter                          20gm
Brown sugar                2tsp

Sundryed tomato
Pomegranate
