1ts Yeast
1ts Grated lemon peel
pinch of salt
3 Medium pears
1tbs Sugar
200gm Dark chocolate
200ml Cream
50gm Sugar
2 Egg yolk
50gm Ground almonds
30gm Sliced almonds
Butter and ground almonds for the baking tin
Sauce
Juice of 3 oranges
Corn starch to thicken
Limoncello or grand marnier or cointreau to taste.
